1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Growth (also shown in the product as Growth OS), available at aigrowth.scoutly.info, processes information when you create an account, connect an Instagram professional account, use workspace features, or otherwise interact with the service.
AI Growth helps brands and creators manage Instagram growth workflows, including media libraries, content planning and publishing, insights, AI-assisted tools (such as Jarvis), and user-configured Automations.
By using AI Growth, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use AI Growth, we may process:
- Account information — email address, display name, password hash, and account status.
- Workspace information — workspace name, membership, roles, and preferences.
- Connected social account information — Instagram professional account identifiers, username, profile metadata, connection status, and encrypted access credentials required to call Meta APIs on your behalf.
- Instagram Platform Data — described in Section 3.
- Content you create or upload — media assets, captions, drafts, schedules, creative context, and related configuration.
- Automation configuration and execution records — rules you configure, matching outcomes, and action results.
- Insights and performance metrics — Instagram metrics synchronized through authorized Meta APIs.
- Application usage and security information — session cookies, approximate technical logs, and audit events that may include IP address and user agent for security-relevant actions.
- Billing and subscription information — plan and payment-provider records when billing is enabled for your workspace (for example PayPal or Stripe, depending on configuration).
- Support communications — messages you send us about your account or privacy requests.
3. Instagram and Meta Platform Data
AI Growth integrates with Meta using the Instagram API with Instagram Login (Instagram User access tokens; Graph host graph.instagram.com). A Facebook Login path may also exist in the product for some configurations.
After you authorize the connection, Meta may provide categories of Platform Data such as:
- Instagram professional account identifiers and username/profile metadata
- Media identifiers, media metadata, permalinks, captions, and publishing state
- Comment identifiers, comment text, and commenter identifiers exposed by Meta
- Webhook notifications for subscribed Instagram comment events
- Insights and performance metrics for authorized media/accounts
- Results of actions you authorize AI Growth to take through Meta APIs (for example publish attempts or private replies configured in Automations)
Access is limited by the permissions you grant through Meta. Typical Instagram Login scopes requested by AI Growth include account basics, content publishing, comment management, and insights. Messaging-inbox scopes are not part of the default requested set unless separately introduced as a product capability.
We use Instagram/Meta Platform Data to connect accounts, display and manage authorized content, publish when you authorize it, retrieve insights, process user-configured Automations, troubleshoot integrations, and protect the service.
AI Growth’s use of Meta Platform Data is subject to applicable Meta Platform Terms and policies. AI Growth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram beyond use of Meta’s developer platform.
4. How We Use Information
We process information to:
- provide and operate AI Growth
- authenticate users and maintain sessions
- connect and manage Instagram professional accounts
- display, organize, schedule, and publish authorized content
- provide analytics and insights
- execute Automations you configure
- provide AI-assisted features such as Jarvis and creative tools
- maintain workspace and account configuration
- secure the service, detect abuse, and diagnose failures
- provide customer support and respond to privacy requests
- process subscriptions/billing where enabled
- comply with legal obligations
We do not use the product as an advertising network, and this codebase does not implement data-broker or advertising-SDK sharing designed to sell personal information.
5. Automations and AI-Assisted Features
Automations
You may configure Automations such as: when an Instagram comment matches a condition you define, perform an action you define (for example send a private reply through Meta APIs). AI Growth may process Instagram webhook events, comment text, and related identifiers solely to evaluate and execute those user-configured rules. Automations do not independently make consequential decisions about individuals beyond applying the rules you set.
Operational automation observations are recorded for reliability and diagnostics. Current product design marks those observations as not influencing GrowthBrain machine-learning decisions (ml_influence=false).
AI-assisted features
Features such as Jarvis and creative generation may send relevant workspace context to configured AI providers or models. Depending on your workspace configuration, that may include captions, prompts, media descriptions, Brand DNA / creative context, insights summaries, or other tool results needed to answer your request.
Configured providers may include cloud AI services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) and/or operator-hosted local models. AI Growth does not claim that all providers refrain from model training on prompts; provider behavior is governed by those providers’ terms and your workspace configuration. Do not submit information to AI features that you are not permitted to process.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide AI Growth, maintain security and operational integrity, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Some operational classes have configured retention windows (for example completed jobs, audit events, and certain generated media artifacts), while account, workspace, Instagram history, and automation records may persist until you disconnect integrations, delete eligible objects in-product, or we process a supported deletion request.
Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion from primary systems. We do not promise instantaneous erasure from all backups.
8. Your Choices and Account Connections
- You can update account profile details available in AI Growth settings.
- You can disconnect an Instagram account from AI Growth. Disconnecting revokes local credential use and marks the account disconnected. Historical analytics, media records, and automation history may remain unless separately deleted through a supported process.
- You can revoke AI Growth’s access in Instagram / Meta account settings.
- You can delete eligible content objects in-product where the product provides delete actions (for example assets, drafts, or Automations), which may be soft-deletion.
9. Data Deletion
To request deletion of Instagram connection data from AI Growth, disconnect the Instagram account in product settings and/or revoke access in Meta. Meta may also send a data deletion request to our callback endpoint when you remove the app in Meta; we log the request and provide a confirmation code and status page.
Human-readable deletion instructions: aigrowth.scoutly.info/legal/data-deletion.
AI Growth does not currently offer a fully automated end-user hard-delete of an entire account and all historical records from a single button. For broader erasure assistance, contact us using the method in Section 15 and include the email on your AI Growth account. We will verify ownership before acting.
10. Privacy Rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights are not absolute and may not apply in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
To exercise applicable rights, contact us as described in Section 15 from the email registered on your AI Growth account so we can verify your request.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted storage of Instagram access tokens, HTTP-only session cookies, and access controls around workspaces. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim that breaches are impossible.
12. International Processing
AI Growth and its service providers may process information in multiple countries. Where data is transferred internationally, processing occurs as needed to operate the service with those providers. Specific transfer mechanisms vary by provider and deployment.
13. Children's Privacy
AI Growth is intended for business and professional use by adults and organizations. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing the service to them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the product or by other reasonable means when practicable. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
15. Contact Us
For privacy questions or requests, contact AI Growth using the email address registered on your AI Growth account and clearly mark the message as a privacy request. We verify requests against account ownership before disclosing or deleting information.
