1. Disconnect Instagram in AI Growth
- Sign in to AI Growth.
- Open Settings for your workspace.
- Locate the connected Instagram account.
- Choose Disconnect (or equivalent control).
Disconnecting revokes AI Growth’s ability to use the stored Instagram credential and marks the account disconnected. Historical media, insights, and automation records may remain unless removed through a supported follow-up request.
2. Revoke access in Meta / Instagram
In Instagram or Meta account settings, remove AI Growth / the Meta app from apps and websites you have authorized. This stops future authorization until you reconnect.
3. Meta data deletion callback
When you remove the app through Meta, Meta may call our data-deletion endpoint at https://aigrowth.scoutly.info/api/integrations/meta/data-deletion. We log the request and return a confirmation code and this status URL. Presence of a confirmation code means the callback was received; it does not by itself guarantee that every historical database row has already been purged.
4. Broader erasure assistance
AI Growth does not currently provide a single in-product control that hard-deletes an entire user account and all historical records automatically. For broader deletion assistance, email us from the address registered on your AI Growth account, mark the message as a privacy / deletion request, and include relevant workspace or Instagram usernames. We verify ownership before acting.
